About You:

• You have experience managing a team of sales representatives in the office technology space. 
• You have an exceptional work ethic, are competitive, outgoing, and hard-working
• You are highly organized with strong time-management, multitasking and prioritization skills
• You have experience training and motivating a team to achieve sales quotas
• You have knowledge of sales, negotiation and product demonstration techniques and have experience implementing them in a B2B sales environment
• You have knowledge of sales leadership best practices including team building, resource allocation, strategic planning, and management
• You have excellent analytic and problem-solving skills.

What you’ll do:

• Recruit, train and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
• Coordinate weekly meetings with sales representatives to review activity and facilitate development ensuring goals are being met
• Help to create sales proposals and assist sales representatives during customer appointments with providing competitive intelligence, negotiation and overcoming customer objections  
• Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability
• Conduct or arrange ongoing training in sales effectiveness, product knowledge and industry trends
• Listen to and resolve customer questions and complaints regarding services, products, or personnel
• Market office technology and attain individual quotas
