Are you a professional who has a solid background in building relationships and a passion for selling and providing best solution for customers?

Sales leadership participates in an 8-week sales development program, where you will receive in-depth training on our products, the sales model and best-in-the-business internal tools and resources. During training, you will gain hands on experience with the help of our Learning and Development team through live coaching and peer to peer development. Additionally, you will have ongoing development opportunities throughout the year that will increase your technical and sales skills, as well as product knowledge.

Your Job:

  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Implementing a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base
  • Coaching, mentoring, and training sales team
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasting to executive teams
  • Identify emerging market and market shifts while being fully aware of industry products and services and competition status
  • Network with the local community and seek new business
  • Exemplify how to hunt new business by cold calling and responding to leads
  • Train sales professionals on how to maintain assigned territory with excellent customer service
  • Become an expert of all products, services and solutions we offer to clients

Your Background:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Demonstrated success in outside sales
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in sales leadership
  • Industry experience is preferred
  • Proven ability to drive sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business acumen and industry expertise (or willingness to become an expert)
  • Phenomenal mentoring, coaching and people management skills
