Sales Manager


Exceptional Mid Western Office Technology Sales Company is looking for an industry experienced and well­-rounded sales manager to lead our regional sales team. You will lead a high-performing, well-established team of seasoned sales professionals who are already in seat and exceeding quota.

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well­organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers. They will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth. 


  • Coordinate weekly meetings with representatives to review activity and facilitate development.
  • Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships 
  • Motivate employees to help them achieve individual and team objectives 
  • Respond to daily questions and concerns regarding job-related duties.
  • Attend appointments with representatives to provide guidance and information.
  • Conduct ongoing training in sales effectiveness, product knowledge and industry trends.


  • Office Technology Industry Sales experience
  • Strong time-management skills
  • Strong organzational skills
  • Knowledge for showing, promoting and selling products or services, including marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
  • Exceptional analytic and problem-solving skills.
